She is the founder and former musical director of the internet-famous (!!) Video Game Music Choir; the group has done many of her arrangements from games including Phoenix Wright, The Sims, World of Warcraft, Pokémon, and others. Julia has collaborated and/or performed with the Video Game Orchestra, Videri String Quartet, Harmony of a Hunter, Go Shiina, and Nobuo Uematsu. Outside of game music, Julia is currently working towards her MM in composition at the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. Julia received her BM in composition from the Berklee College of Music, where she graduated summa cum laude. |

About the Game: | "Never played it - I guess I should!"
Words About the Project: | I met Nate through the Harmony of a Hunter project a few years ago, and last fall he asked me do lend some vocal help to a track. Suddenly I found myself doing a piano cover of a completely separate track! Everyone has been great to work with - it was so much fun to lay down vocals with Bill, and I'm endlessly impressed with how smoothly Nate ran the project/didn't implode from stress. I love how many people have come together in the name of such amazing music.
